摘要
为掌握胡萝卜机械化收获中的设计参数与物理特性参数之间的关系,为今后研制胡萝卜联合收获机关键装备提供基础理论依据,通过田间试验获取相关数据,采用统计学的方法对胡萝卜物理特性指标进行深入研究。研究包括胡萝卜植株总长度、根部长度、茎叶长度、根部质量、根部最大直径、根部最小直径、茎叶根数、根部表面积及根部体积等参数。同时,利用回归分析的方法,研究了胡萝卜拔取力与各物理参数间的相关关系,为合理设计收获工艺方案提供理论参考。
To master the relationship between design parameters and physical properties parameters within carrot harvest mechanization,provide the basic theoretical reference to development critical equipment of carrots combine harvester. Using the statistical method to conduct thorough research to the physical properties of carrot. The basic physical properties included carrot's total length,root length,leaf length,root weight,the maximum diameter of root,the minimum diameter of roots,root surface area,root volume and so on. Researched the relationship between carrot's pulling force and physical parameters through the regression analysis method. These results provided a reasonable theoretical reference for the design of harvest process.
