自然通风条件下多塑料大棚群温度场的CFD分析 被引量:4

摘要 为了研究多个塑料钢管大棚组成的温室群环境温度分布情况,采用标准k-ε湍流模型和DO辐射模型建立相应的温室群数值模型,在自然通风条件下对塑料钢管大棚内温度分布进行了CFD分析和试验验证。结果显示:CFD模拟值与实测值吻合性良好,平均相对误差为4.2%,验证了所建CFD模型的可行性。采用此模型分析了大棚间距对棚内温度分布的影响,结果表明:增加大棚间距能够降低后排室内的平均温度,提高温度分布的均匀性,减小温室之间的平均温差。 In order to research the temperature distribution in multi plastic pipe greenhouses, the standard k-εturbulent model and DO radiation model were used for homologous numerical model.The measurement was conducted to validate the numerical model and CFD analysis was done for temperature distribution under natural ventilation.The results showed the simulated values and measured values matched well, the average relative error was 4.2%.Then the numerical model was used to predict the temperature distribution for different distances between greenhouses, the results showed increasing the distance between greenhouses could reduce the average temperature in the leeward greenhouse and increase homoge -neity.The difference in average temperature among greenhouses cloud also decrease.
