水稻温室立体育秧夜间补光技术试验研究 被引量:12

摘要 水稻工厂化立体育秧已成为节省秧田、培育机插优质秧苗的重要方式。工厂化立体育秧能够有效提高育秧棚的效率,并保证秧苗质量,但温室内光环境却成为了影响秧苗生长的主要因素之一。为改善水稻温室立体育秧的光照环境和探索杂交稻不同播种量对立体育秧的适用性,采用均匀试验设计方法进行了杂交稻播种量、光照度及夜间补光时长3个因素的温室立体育秧试验,通过逐步回归分析方法获得秧苗茎基直径、壮苗指数以及根系土壤盘结力与3个因素之间的函数关系。试验结果表明:一定的夜间补光对提高水稻温室立体育秧秧苗素质有积极影响,综合分析得到在杂交稻播种量0.05kg/盘、光照度1.5~3klx、夜间补光时长3~5h的条件下,秧苗素质与自然光对照接近,秧苗质量符合机插标准,适用于田间生产应用。 Factory stereoscopic rice seedling nursing has become the important way to save lands and cultivate seedlings for mechanization planting.The efficiency and quality of the rice seedlings can be effectively improved by factory stereo-scopic rice seedling nursing,while the light environment inside the greenhouse becomes one of the main factors that affect the growth of the rice seedlings.In order to improve the light conditions and explore the applicability of different hybrid rice sowing rates in the greenhouse stereoscopic rice seedling nursing,the method named uniform experimental design was adopted to arrange the rice seeding cultivating test which includes three factors: sowing rates, light intensity and night lighting.Finaly the function relationships among three factors and stem diameter, healthy index, twisting force of roots were obtained with the method of stepwise regression analysis.The result of the experiment shows that it does positively impact with a certain amount of night lighting in the greenhouse stereoscopic rice seedling nursing.According to the com-prehensive analysis, the relatively optimal condition was shown to be with a sowing rates of 0.05 kg/plate, the light inten-sity of 1.5~3klx,the night lighting of 3~5h.In such a case,the rice seedling quality is close to the one with natural lighting,conforming to the standard of mechanization planting and field application.
