摘要 为了实现植物叶片含水率的无损和准确检测,设计了一种新的便携式玉米叶片含水率检测仪器,并使用AT89C52单片机设计了核心控制系统,利用TCL7135实现了模数转换功能。对光谱分析仪的机械结构进行了改进,使用线性变化的滤波片,将其与阵列探测器相结合,提高了光谱仪的分辨率,使光谱仪的体积小、质量小且稳定性好。对光栅结构进行了改造,改造后的透射片光栅可以进行编程控制,从而提高了测试仪的精度。对光谱水分测试仪器进行了试验研究,结果表明:利用实验室方法和本次研究设计的便携光谱仪的测试数据基本吻合,从而验证了装置的可靠性,为植株叶片水分检测仪的研究提供了较有价值的参考。 In order to achieve non- destructive and accurate detection of the moisture content of plant leaves,a new method for measuring the moisture content of corn leaves was designed,and the core control system was designed by using AT89C52 chip microcomputer. The conversion function was realized by TCL7135. The mechanical structure of the spectrum analyzer is improved,and the linear filter is used to improve the resolution of the spectrometer,which can improve the resolution of the spectrometer. After the reconstruction of the grating structure,the transmission grating can be programmed and controlled,so as to improve the accuracy of the test system. Finally,the experimental study of the spectral moisture test instrument,the test data of the test data of the portable spectrometer is basically consistent with the test data,which verifies the reliability of the device,and provides a valuable reference for the research of the plant leaf water detector.
