摘要 针对马铃薯收获机向大型联合收获的发展趋势,在参考了国内外先进机型的基础上,结合马铃薯在我国种植的实际国情,设计完成并制造了4U-1700A型侧输出马铃薯收获机。新型收获机将原有的中间输出方式改进为单侧输出,并与马铃薯联合收获机配套使用,减少了联合收获机归垄行数,提高了生产效率。为此,介绍该款收获机的基本结构及工作参数,说明了主要技术参数和基本结构的原理与功能。田间收获试验表明:该收获机可以实现薯土彻底分离,并规则地平铺在另一侧相邻两垄之间,供联合收获机二次收获,具有伤薯率低、漏收率低、工作性能稳定的优点,提高了劳动生产率。 Aiming at the development trend of the potato harvester to the large scale,in reference to the basis of the advanced models,combined with the actual situation of China 's potato planting,design and manufacture of the 1700A-type- side output potato harvester. The new harvester will improve the existing intermediate output unilateral output,and with supporting the use of potato harvester,combine harvester owned by reducing the number of ridge lines,improve production efficiency. The basic structure and operating parameters which harvester,the principle and function of the main technical parameters and the basic structure. After the design is complete harvest field tests show: The potato harvesting machine can achieve complete separation of the soil,and was tiled rule on the other side between two adjacent ridges,combine harvester for the second harvest. Potato have hurt low- drain low yield,stable performance advantages,improve labor productivity.
