摘要
目前,设施蔬菜播种农艺多以人工为主,而设施农业与精准农业要求农业机械沿着智能化与自动化方向发展。为此,设计了一款适用于温室的电动准直蔬菜播种机,具备激光导航走直、转弯灵活及节能环保等优点。同时,搭建了播种机的整体结构模型,确定了差速转向为其转向方式;经过对其播种开沟功率消耗和行走功率消耗理论推导与计算,确定了无刷直流电机的功率,并且计算了蓄电池的容量。该研究为电动准直蔬菜播种机的样机试制与设计奠定了理论基础。
The current facility vegetable sowing process is still human-base , and the requirement of facility agriculture and precision agriculture is that agricultural machinery develops towards intelligent and automatic directions .In this paper we design a electric vegetable seeder for greenhouse , the machinery include some advantages that are the laser navigation for go straight and Flexible turning , energy saving and environmental protection .We also built the structure model of see-ding machine , determining differential steering for steering mode .According to the sowing and ditching power consump-tion and walking power consumption theory , We decided to use brushless DC motor and calculate the capacity of the bat-tery.That will lay the theoretical foundation for the development and design of electric collimation planter vegetables .
