摘要
根据甘薯农艺要求和种植模式,设计了一种小型甘薯旋耕起垄机。同时,介绍了旋耕起垄机的总体结构及主要工作部件松土、垅土、垄成型、镇压的设计原理。采用旋耕刀和起垄犁相结合的结构,能有效地实现垄的初步成形;垄面成型装置进一步对垄进行抚平,使垄形成效率高,成形规整,提高了劳动生产率。
A rotary cultivation ridger was designed according to the agronomic requirements and planting modes of sweet potatoes.This paper introduces the overall structure of rotary cultivation ridger and the design principle of scarification , ridge soil , ridge forming and suppression of main working parts .The structure of rotary cultivation ridger comprises a ro-tary blade and ridger , it can effectively complete the preliminary forming of the ridge .The ridge forming device will smooth the rige ,it has the advantages of high efficiency of forming , regular forming and high labor productivity .
