摘要 优良的烘干技术可以保证红枣质量,提升红枣口感。传统晾干技术中红枣浆烂率较高,浪费较大,满足不了农户对红枣干燥的要求。光波设备在食品烘干领域的应用已十分广泛,其以环保、节能、高效和杀菌等显著优势实现了食品烘干的新型工业化生产,将其应用于红枣烘干已成为一大趋势。为此,基于MSP430控制设计了红枣光波烘干机,运用模糊PID自动控制算法,准确控制红枣表皮烘干温度,将红枣有效烘干,并使红枣含水率控制在口感最佳的21%~23%,方便商户更好地储存。光波烘干技术可以明显提高红枣口感与质量,且具有时间短、速度快、能耗低的优点。 The fine drying technology can ensure the quality of jujube,improve the taste of jujube. The jujube pulp rotten rate is high by the traditional dry technology,which can not meet the requirements of the farmers on jujube drying in the waste. Light- wave devices has been widely used in the field of food drying. And its application in baking dates has become a major trend,such as the significant advantages of environmental protection,energy saving,high efficiency and sterilization realized food drying of the new- type industrialized production. It proposed a set jujube wave drying machine design and in process contro based on MSP430. By using fuzzy PID control algorithm,it took full control of jujube skin drying temperature,jujube dries,and dates so that moisture control in taste the best 21%- 23%,convenient storage operators better. The light wave drying technology,which can improve the taste and quality of jujube,and has the advantages of short time,fast speed and low energy consumption.
