摘要
在剖析我国农业装备企业发展存在的问题和探究服务型制造的价值创造模式的基础上,构建了我国农业装备企业服务型制造转型的5种路径,即服务外包、技术服务化、产品服务化、产品服务一体化和服务产品化;然后,以雷沃福田农业装备服务型制造转型为例,分析了其产品服务系统和服务型制造网络。研究结果对我国农业装备企业转型升级具有一定的借鉴意义。
Based on discussing the problems in the development of China ' s agricultural equipment manufacturers and ex-ploring the connotation and value creation mode of service-oriented manufacturing .Five paths are pointed out which can be followed by agricultural equipment manufacturers in the process of service -oriented manufacturing transformation . They are service outsourcing ,product servitization , technology servitization ,product and technology integration and service productization .Finally,a case about Foton Lovol International Heavy Industry Co ., Ltd.of its product service system and service-oriented manufacturing network are analyzed , which provides thought and the theoretical reference for transforma-tion and upgrading of China ' s agricultural equipment manufacturers .
