马铃薯收获机挖掘铲工作阻力影响因素分析与研究

Analysis and Research on Influence Factors of Potato Harvester Digger Shovel Working Resistance

针对土壤容积密度、铲面宽度、挖掘深度、铲面倾角和机具工作速度5个影响马铃薯收获机牵引阻力的因素,分别采用正交计算法和基于Mat Lab的单因素分析法进行研究,得出了5个因素与工作阻力均为正向关系的结论。其中,土壤容积密度和铲面宽度与挖掘铲工作阻力成近似的线性关系,其余3个因素成非线性关系。铲面宽度、挖掘深度、铲面倾角、土壤容积密度和机具工作速度对挖掘铲工作阻力的影响程度依次降低。研究结果为如何减小马铃薯收获机挖掘阻力提供了参考依据。

In order to analyze the influence of potato harvester traction resistance, five factors of soil bulk density, shov-el width, digging depth, shovel plane inclined angle and equipment working speed were choosed, the orthogonal calcula-tion and single factor analysis method based on Matlab were used.Results showed that all the five factors and working re-sistance were positive relationship.And the soil bulk density γand shovel width b were approximate linear relationship with the working resistance.While the other three factors were nonlinear relationships.The impact to the working resist-ance gradually decreased in the order of shovel width,digging depth, shovel plane inclined angle, soil bulk density and equipment working speed.The research work provides the referenced basis for the further research of reducing the traction resistance.
