摘要
我国农业机械化发展显现出阶段性特征,对陕西农机化发展所处阶段进行研究,可为相关部门决策提供参考依据。为此,选用三角分布和半梯形分布隶属函数,采用专家调查法确定各评价指标的权重,采用平均加权型模糊合成算子,构建了基于模糊综合评判的发展阶段评判模型,对陕西省农业机械化所处发展阶段进行评判。结果表明:陕西省农机化发展2011-2013年总体上已处于中级阶段。评判结果与实际相符,表明该方法在对陕西省农机化所处发展阶段进行综合评判具有实用性。
China's agricultural mechanization development shows stage characteristics. Study on Shaanxi province agricultural mechanization development stage can provide reference for the relevant department in decision- making. With the help of triangular distribution and semi- trapezoidal distribution membership function,and using expert investigation approach to determine the weight of each evaluation index and the average weighted fuzzy synthetic operator,this paper builds the development stage evaluation model based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,so as to evaluate the development stage of agricultural mechanization in the Shaanxi Province. The results show that agricultural mechanization development in Shaanxi province from 2011 to 2013 in general has remained in the intermediate stage. Evaluation results are consistent with the reality,showing the practicality of the approach in evaluating Shaanxi Province agricultural mechanization development stage comprehensively.
