摘要
针对目前已有的牵引式太子参收获机无法较好地满足南方小田块地下根茎类作物的收获要求,设计了一款可以一次性实现挖掘、输送、分离、筛选及装箱为一体的太子参联合收获机。阐述了太子参联合收获机的总体结构设计方案,给出了松土铲、升运器、分离滚筒及输送链耙等关键部件的设计过程,并利用ANSYS软件对松土铲进行了有限元分析。
According to the situation that the current traction type harvesters can not meet the requirements of Radix Pseudostellariae in small fields of the southern hilly region,we design and develop a one- time Radix Pseudostellariae combine harvester which combines mining,transportation,separation,screening and packing. This paper describes the overall structure and the detailed design of the shovel,lifting conveying device,a separating roller,conveyor chain harrow and other key parts of the detailed design process and the break shovel was analyzed by ANSYS software.
