小型电磁振动式小麦播种机的研制

摘要 针对传统小型小麦播种机的缺点,设计了一种播种质量高、速度快、安全可靠、播种成本低、适应不同田间要求、能有效减少能耗的小型电磁振动式小麦播种机。该机田间作业时,将开沟、播种、平土一次完成,大大简化了小麦播种时的生产流程,有利于进一步提高播种效率和解放生产力。为此,介绍了小型电磁振动式小麦播种机的整体构造,分析了小型电磁振动式小麦播种机的工作原理。通过对此播种机的性能试验,验证了本机具有能耗低、效率高、播种流程简单等优势。经过进一步的改进,此机将在播种小麦方面有较好的发展前景,同时对各种低能耗播种机的研制也具有一定的参考作用。 Aimed at the shortcoming of traditional small wheat seeder,we design a high quality,high speed,safe and reliable,low cost on sowing seeds,adapting to different requirements,the electromagnetic vibration field planting,can effectively reduce the energy consumption of small electromagnetic vibrating wheat seeder. When the machine works in field,it can finish ditching,seeding,leveling in one time,greatly simplify the production process,improving the efficiency of planting and the liberation of productive forces. This paper introduces a small electromagnetic vibration type the whole structure of wheat seeder,analyzes the small working principle of electromagnetic vibration type wheat seeder,through the performance test,we know the machine is low energy consumption,high efficiency and the simple production. After further improvement,this machine will have larger development prospects in sowing wheat aspect as well as the development of low energy consumption seeder.
