摘要
通过对现有晒场收谷机械性能进行分析比较,提出从广西实际出发,在现有晒场收谷机械的基础上,利用吸尘器抽吸的原理,设计出一种晾晒谷物收集小车。介绍了晾晒谷物收集小车整体结构、工作原理及关键零部件的设计。同时,利用仿真软件ANSYS对相应部件三维模型进行仿真分析,验证了该晾晒谷物收集小车的应力分布和变形均在标准规定范围内,进一步确定了设计的可靠性。研究结果表明:该晾晒谷物收集小车结构简单、操作方便,减轻了晒场谷物收集装袋工作的负担,能满足接地工作的要求。
The mechanical properties of existing Shaichang income valley were analyzed and compared , from Guangxi proposed reality , in the prior bleachery income valley machinery based on the use of the principle of suction vacuum cleaner , designed a drying grain collected car .First introduced dry cereal collection trolley overall structure and operating principle , design of key components , and finally the use of simulation software ANSYS three-dimensional model of the corresponding components simulation analysis , validate the drying grain collected car stress distribution and deformation are in the range of standards inside , to further determine the reliability of the design .The results show that the simple grain drying collect the car structure , easy operation , reducing the burden of the collection of grain drying yard bagging work, to meet the requirements of the ground work .
