基于无线传感网络湿度自适应的折射式喷灌喷头设计 被引量:3

摘要 为了降低风和蒸发因素对喷灌效果的影响,针对我国农业种植的分散和多样性特点,提出了一种适用于生态农业的节水喷灌喷头结构,并设计了具有无线传感网络湿度自适应感应能力的电控阀门,可以根据土壤的湿度情况自动实时灌溉作业,从而有效节约了水资源。本设计的节水喷灌喷头在结构上增加了反向补气嘴,使喷头可以完成直射、步进和反向旋转动作,灌溉系统使用短距离无线通信协议,构建了无线通信网络,使用MSP4 3 0和CC2 4 2 0为主要部件搭建了硬件平台。利用田间试验的方法对喷灌喷头的性能进行了测试,结果表明:传感器采集数据的误差均在精度允许的范围内,采集数据的可靠性较好,节水喷灌喷头可以有效的节约利用水,节水率较高,并且灌溉耗时短,提高了灌溉的质量和效率。 In order to reduce the influence of the wind and evaporation factors on the sprinkler irrigation effect,it puts forward a kind of water- saving sprinkler nozzle structure,which is suitable for ecological agriculture according to the characteristics of agricultural planting in our country. The proposed water- saving sprinkler in the structure increased reverse air supply nozzle mouth,nozzle can be accomplished with Direct,step and reverse rotation,irrigation system uses short distance wireless communication protocol,the wireless communication network is constructed. And it builds a hardware platform as the main components by using MSP430 and CC2420. The test results can be obtained by the method of field test. The error of sensor acquisition data is in the range of accuracy,the reliability of the data acquisition is good.The water- saving sprinkler nozzle can save the use of water,the water saving rate is relatively high,and the irrigation time is short.
