对温室育苗槽基质进行消毒能够解决连作后自毒产物增多、抵抗力下降及病菌传播等问题,可为基质的循环使用提供保障。目前,我国基质消毒存在设备结构简单,人力劳动强度大,作业环境不安全等问题。为此,设计了一种移动式温室育苗槽基质蒸汽消毒机,可将基质槽中基质抛起,同时注入高温气体与基质充分接触,达到消毒的目的。该消毒机设计合理,符合温室育苗槽基质蒸汽消毒要求,能降低劳动强度,具有非常好的发展前景。

But at present our country matrix disinfection equipment has simple structure,human labor intensity,work environment uneasy congruent. In order to solve the problem of greenhouse matrix disinfection difficult,we design a portable greenhouse seedling slot matrix steam sterilizer,the disinfection machine will throw up a slot in the matrix,the matrix into high temperature gas fully contact with the substrate at the same time,achieve the purpose of disinfection. The disinfection machine design is reasonable,conform to the requirements of the greenhouse seedling slot matrix steam sterilization,can reduce the labor intensity,has the very good development prospect.
