摘要
抛秧装置是番茄收获机的关键部件,其工作性能直接影响整机的收获质量。为此,针对抛秧机构,进行机构简化和建立矢量方程,得出抛秧机构的关键点H的位移、速度和加速度模型。通过ADAMS软件对抛秧机构的仿真模型进行仿真分析,获得H点在竖直和水平方向的位移及加速度曲线,验证了结构设计的合理性,为番茄收获机整机设计提供理论依据和技术支持。
Throwing device is a key component of the tomato harvester , the performance of which directly affects the quality of the harvest .Base on the throwing structure in this research ,institutions can be simplified ,vector equation can be established ,and the displacement , velocity and acceleration model of throwing structure ’ H key point can be obtained . According to ADAMS software , simulation model of throwing structure carry out simulation analysis , receiving H-point in the vertical and horizontal directions of the displacement , acceleration curves , verifying the structural design is reasona-ble, to provide the theoretical basis and technical support formachine design of omato harvester .
