摘要
为了提高效率、降低劳动强度,研发一种能代替纯手工、实现多自由度电动切割香蕉采收的机器,使香蕉采收省力、快速、方便,老少均可操作,熟练程度快。为此,介绍了新型电动切割香蕉采收机的工作原理,并运用三维软件UG进行运动学分析,真实再现了新型电动切割香蕉采收机的工作状况。研究结果表明:新型电动切割香蕉采收机满足工作要求,能实现预定的运动轨迹。
In order to improve the efficiency,reduce labor intensity,at the same time to develop a can realize the multi degree of freedom instead of the pure manual electric cutting banana harvest machine,make banana harvest energy,fast,convenient,young and old are operational,proficiency quickly. This paper introduced the working principle of electric cutting banana harvest machine,kinematics analysis and using Three- dimensional software UG,electric cutting real banana harvest machine in working condition. The results show that the electric cutting banana harvest machine can meet the job requirements,to achieve a predetermined motion law.
