摘要
以速生材杨木、杉木和毛竹为原料制备竹木复合结构材,讨论了不同竹木比例对结构材性能的影响。结果表明,随着竹材所占比例的增加,结构材的力学性能显著增加,满足GB/T 20241-2006。竹木复合材料不仅发挥了竹材高强度的特点,而且发挥了厚单板高利用率的特点,进一步扩大了竹木复合材料在结构材中的应用范围。
In this study, fast-growing poplar, Chinese fir and bamboo were applied to prepare bamboo-wood composites. The mechanical properties of the bamboo-wood composites were determined in different proportion of bamboo and veneer. The results indicated that the strength of bamboo-wood composites was improved with the increasing of bamboo proportion, and the performance of bamboo-wood composites could meet the highest level of National Standard GB/T 20241-2006. Bamboo-wood composites possessed the advantages of high strength of bamboo and high utilization of thickness veneer, and hence were believed to have a promising application prospect.
