桉木碎单板制备单板条层积材工艺初探

摘要 以桉木碎单板为研究对象,脲醛树脂为胶黏剂,采用正交试验方法,研究了热压压力、热压时间、热压温度和施胶量对桉木单板条层积材力学性能的影响。结果表明,桉木碎单板制备单板条层积材可行,热压压力、热压时间、热压温度、施胶量均对单板条层积材各项物理力学性能有不同程度的影响,在本试验条件下较优的工艺参数为热压压力2.0 MPa,热压时间18 min,热压温度125℃,施胶量6.5%。 Manufacturing technology of parallel strand lumber(PSL) with Eucalyptus veneer pieces was studied, and the effects of hotpressing pressure, hot-pressing time, hot-pressing temperature and adhesive consumption on properties of board were discussed through an orthogonal experiment(L_9(3~4)). The results indicated that the technology project was feasible, and hot-pressing pressure, time, temperature and adhesive consumption had significant impact on board properties. The optimum technology parameters for PSL were: hot-pressing pressure 2.0 MPa, hot-pressing time 18 min, hot-pressing temperature 125 ℃, and adhesive consumption 6.5%.
