玉米秸秆定向茎丝板的制备及性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 以玉米秸秆为原料,对其进行皮瓤分离得到玉米秸秆茎皮,经疏解机疏解为丝状,添加异氰酸酯(MDI)胶黏剂,经热压制备玉米秸秆定向茎丝板。采用单因素法研究了施胶量、板材密度、热压温度以及铺装层数对板材性能的影响。在试验研究范围内,玉米秸秆定向茎丝板的优化工艺参数为施胶量4%、热压温度160℃、板材密度为0.6 g/cm^3和3层铺装。 The stalk and rinds were isolated from corn straw stalk by defibering process. The stalk and rinds were hot-pressed with isocyanate adhesive(MDI) to form oriented stalk/rind board. The effects of resin content, density, hot pressing temperature, and paving layer on their mechanical properties of board were explored in this paper. The result indicated 3-layer board with the parameters of resin content of 4%, the density of 0.6 g/cm^3, and hot pressing temperature of 160 ℃ obtained the optimal properties.
