环保型胶合板的降醛方法初探 被引量:1

摘要 以几种代表性的甲醛捕捉剂(乙烯脲、硫脲、己二酸二酰肼、乙醇胺、亚硫酸氢钠、凹凸棒土)为研究对象,以胶合板的甲醛释放量和胶合强度为指标,比较了上述甲醛捕捉剂对胶合板性能的影响。结果表明:几种甲醛捕捉剂均能降低胶合板的甲醛释放量,同样在7%添加量时,降醛效果依次是己二酸二酰肼>乙烯脲>乙醇胺>硫脲>凹凸棒土>亚硫酸氢钠,后面两种捕捉剂降醛效果相差不大。己二酸二酰肼和乙烯脲应用于胶合板的捕醛效果较佳,可以将甲醛释放量从2.81 mg/L降至0.5 mg/L以下。 Several representative formaldehyde scavengers(i.e.:ethylene urea,thiourea,adipic dihydrazide,ethanolamine,sodium hydrogen sulfite,and attapulgite)were added separately to the adhesive to reduce formaldehyde emission from plywood.With formaldehyde emission and bonding strength of the plywood as indexes,the effect of formaldehyde scavenger on the above properties of plywood was discussed.The results indicated that the above formaldehyde scavengers could reduce the amount of formaldehyde emission from plywood.At the same level of 7%addition,the formaldehyde elimination effect of formaldehyde scavengers was as follow:adipic dihydrazide>ethylene urea>ethanolamine>thiourea>attapulgite>sodium hydrogen sulfite.There was small difference between the latter two.The adipic dihydrazide and ethylene urea had better application effect in plywood,and they could reduce the amount of formaldehyde emission from 2.81 mg/L to 0.5 mg/L.
