摘要
以土豆渣为原料，采用稀酸溶液萃取、脱酯、 Ａｌ２ （ Ｓ Ｏ４）３ 沉淀的方法提取 Ｌ Ｍ－ 果胶工艺。获得的最佳条件是：土豆渣置于ｐ Ｈ 为２ 的稀 Ｈ２ Ｓ Ｏ４ 溶液中，加热至９０℃，恒温６０ｍ ｉｎ，用酸化乙醇脱酯，适量的 Ａｌ２ （ Ｓ Ｏ４）３ 沉淀，得到的土豆渣果胶的提取率约１０．８％ ，产品质量符合国家标准。
The technology for extracting LM-pectin from potato scrap were studied in this paper,the method is that extracted by dilute acid\,degreased and precipitated by Al\-2 (SO\-4) \-3. The optimun conditions were determined,which included adjusting the pH to 2,temperature 90℃,extracting 60nin,degreasing by acid alcohol and precipitating by Al\-2 (SO\-4) \-3 of suitable amount,The extraction rate is 10.8%.The quality of the product conform to the standard of the China.
