摘要
本试验对我区柞树叶的营养成分进行了分析测定，并对柞树叶的单宁进行脱毒处理。结果表明，柞树叶中粗蛋白、粗脂肪、粗灰分、粗纤维以及钙、磷的含量分别为１３．３％、４．９％、５．２％、１７．１％、０．９２％、０．１９％；氨基酸总量占粗蛋白质的７９．０％（色氨酸未测）；用石灰水浸泡法脱毒处理，可脱除９０％以上的单宁，脱毒处理对柞树叶的营养成分影响不大。
The experiment made analyses and determination of the leaf of quercus mongolica fisch and deprived the leaf tannin of quercus mongolica fisch As a result,the contents of protein,fat,ash lontentfihre,calcium and phosphorus in quercus mongolica fisch leaf are 13.3%,4.9%,5.2%,17.1%,0.92%,0.19%,79.0% of the protein is amino alid (Tryptophan is not determined.) with limewash imersing method,we can deprive over 90% of its tannin,The deprivation does not effect the nutrient composition of quercus mongolica fisch leaf.
