摘要
在分析高等级公路半刚性基层材料收缩特性的基础上,运用基础力学理论,推导出半刚性基层温缩应力、干缩应力的计算公式,求解出半刚性基层温缩应力和干缩应力的最大值,深入地分析了半刚性基层的裂缝形成机理。同时,还分析了半刚性基层最大温缩、干缩应力的影响因素,并由此分别提出针对半刚性基层材料和基层施工过程以及设置预切缝裂缝的防治措施。
The calculation formula of temperature shrinkage and dry-shrinkage stresses of semi-rigid base course is derived with theory of fundamental mechanics, on the base of analysis on properties of materials for semi-rigid base in high-grade highway, as to get the maximum value of these stresses with the mechanism of cracks-forming in the semi-rigid base. At the same time, the factors causing these stresses are analyzed, with indication of the measures for control of cracks in the view of materials, construction of the base and provision of the joint-cutting.
