对公路工程计量管理工作的体会

计量管理是工程造价控制的关键环节、质量控制的主要手段、进度控制的基础条件,也是约束承包人、业主履行合同义务,强化承包人合同意识的手段。文章结合高速公路计量管理实践,对计量的前期工作、中期计量程序及工程支付方面进行了阐述。

The measuring management is the key to control the construction cost,the main means of quality control,the basic condition of progressing control,and also is a way to enable the contractor,the employer to contemplate an obligation,to enhance the contractor's mentality of the contract.Based on the practice of measuring management for expressway,this article describes the antecedent work,the medium-term procedure of measurement,and project payment,etc.
