泵送混凝土裂缝成因分析与防治措施

Analysis on causes of pumping concrete cracking and preventive measures

泵送混凝土作为良好改善混凝土工作性质的优良材料,不仅可改善混凝土施工性能,而且能够有效减少收缩、防止裂缝、提高抗渗性、改善耐久性。但实际工程施工现状表明,泵送混凝土强度衰减、凝结异常现象非常普遍,特别是裂缝问题的存在,在一定程度上直接影响结构的抗渗性和耐久性。文章结合工程实践,重点分析了泵送混凝土裂缝产生原因,提出防止泵送混凝土裂缝的措施。

The pumping concrete,which is a fine material of modifying the working properties,can improve the performance of construction,and also reduce effectively the shrinkage,prevent the cracks,increase the anti-permeability,and improve the durability.However,the present conditions of project construction have shown that it is much popular for abnormal phenomena such as attenuation of the strength of pumping concrete and condensation,especially in the existence of cracks,to a certain extent,influence directly the anti-permeability and the durability of structure.This paper lays special stress on analysis of,in combination with the practice of project,the causes of pumping concrete cracking,and provides the measures for preventing the cracks.
