对现阶段工程监理工作的几点看法

监理单位是专业化、社会化的咨询服务机构,受业主委托,以自身的专业及管理技术科学而有效地控制工程建设项目的进度、质量、投资,使工程建设项目的总目标得以最优实现。文章根据当前监理工作存在的问题,对监理工程师的权力及监理工作的主要任务进行了阐述,并提出建议。

The supervising departments are the specialized,socialized consultation service organizations consigned by employer,and control effectively the progress,the quality and the investment of project construction with self-profession and management technology,thus enabling the general aim of engineering construction to make an optimum.In view of problems in the supervision works at present,this article describes the supervising engineer's rights,main tasks,with presentation of suggestions.
