摘要
许多研究表明还氧化酶-2(cycloxgenase-2,COX-2)在多种肿瘤中有高表达,微卫星不稳定性(microsatellite instability,MSI)在许多肿瘤中存在,本文就COX-2与MSI的关系及二者在肿瘤防治中的应用前景进行综述。
Many experiments demonstrated that cycloxgenase-2(COX-2) overexpressed and microsatellite instability(MSI) was detected in many human tumors tissues.We carried out the review about the relationship of COX-2 and MSI and their prospect in clinical application of the prevention and theatment tumor.
