摘要
高管团队是决定组织产出(战略选择和公司绩效等)的核心群体。高管团队中最重要的是权力的作用。本文回顾了相关文献,研究发现,尽管已有的研究在高管权力对组织产出的影响方面取得了大量成果,但受高管权力测度和数据取得的限制,现有研究并未触及高管团队内部的权力分布及其影响等核心问题。未来的研究应当从单纯考察CEO或高管团队整体的权力,逐步转向深入探索高管团队内部权力分布对组织产出的影响,从而为探索高管团队理论的黑箱和优化公司高管团队内部权力配置提供深入见解。
Top management team(TMT) is the core group to decide organizational outcomes, such as strategic choices and performances, etc. Power is one of the most important parts of TMT. This paper reviews related literatures, which provides deep insights on the influence of power of TMT. Because of the limits on executive power measurement and data availability, existing studies did not thoroughly investigate the measurement and influence of the distribution of executive power within the team. Future studies should focus more on the impact of power distribution of TMT rather than only CEO or TMT power, which has more theoretical and practical significance in promoting the development of TMT power theory, exploring the black box in upper echelons theory, as well as facilitating the power allocation of executives.
