摘要
采用直流等离子体电弧法在甲烷、氢氩气氛下制备了钐铁合金的多种纳米粉 .在甲烷气氛下没有钐或铁的氧化物生成 ,反应生成Fe3 C .在氢氩气氛下 ,有钐的氧化物存在 .在纯甲烷气氛下制备的样品的矫顽力大 ,在氢氩气氛下制备的纳米颗粒的饱和磁化强度和剩余磁化强度高 。
Nanoparticles of samarium iron alloy prepared in methane (CH 4),a mixture of H 2 and Ar by dc arc-discharge oxide of samarium or iron weren′t formed during evaporating metal in CH 4 but in Fe 3C was formed. Oxide of samarium was formed in a mixture of H 2 and Ar. Finding that coercive force of sample in methane (CH 4) gas was greater. But saturated magnetization and residual magnetism of sample in a mixture of H 2 and Ar were greater and its coercive force wasn′t low.
