摘要
基于颗粒群平衡理论,构建了详细的碳烟模型,采用Monte-Carlo算法进行数值求解,结合详细的化学反应机理,对乙烯/乙醇/空气层流预混火焰中碳烟的生成进行了研究.通过计算对比了不同比例乙醇(0、10%、20%和30%)添加对碳烟颗粒生成过程的影响,获得了不同火焰高度下碳烟体积分数和尺寸分布等信息.结果表明:乙醇的添加增强了火焰中碳烟前驱物和碳烟颗粒的氧化反应,有效抑制了碳烟的生成;随着乙醇添加量的增加,颗粒尺寸分布的双峰结构越不明显,第2峰值往前推移.
A detailed soot model was built on the basis of particles population balance theory,combined with detailed kinetic mechanism.Monte-Carlo method was used to solve this model,and soot formation in the premixed ethylene/ethanol/air flame was investigated.The effects of ethanol addition on soot formation in four flames were calculated with ethanol percentages of 0,10%,20%,and 30%,respectively.Soot volume fraction and particle size distribution function(PSDF)at different HAB were obtained.Results show that the soot precursor and soot oxidation are intensified with ethanol,thus soot formation is suppressed.The bimodal of PSDF is unobvious with the increase of ethanol addition,and the second modal moves forward.
