Looking into the 21th centuries,the basic trend of Chinese education,school physical education and development of future telant,the sports teacher should have the high sense of mission and responsibility.According to the specific social position of physical education teachers,in the new century,the criteria of training are to impart knowledge and educate people,taking education of people as the basis ,to respect teachers and love students,regarding students as the main,to study all their lives and to improve their qualities,to have all round abilities,considering innovation as the major,to have ardent love for the profession and to well cooperate with colleagues etc.
