我国企业R&D投入难的对策研究

注重引导企业加大对R&D投入的力度 ,增强企业的科学技术研究和发展战略研究能力 ,促进科研持续创新能力不断提高 ,提升成果转化及新产品开发的速度与层次 ,是事关企业生存与可持续发展、事关我国经济健康发展的大事。我国R&D投入增长缓慢 ,企业对R&D投入不足 ,制约了国家科技竞争力和综合国力的提高 ,企业对R&D投入存在着主客观方面的困难 ,必须采取有效的措施解决企业R&D投入不足的问题。

This paper is devoted to the idea that much attention should be to the investment in R&D;the ability of the research of science and technology and development slrategy should be stcengthened the suslainable creativily of scientific research must be conslantly stimulated; the speed and level of the trasformation of research results into new products and the development of it should be increased. Au this concerns significantly the survival and sustainadle development of it should be increased. Au this concerns significantly the survival and sustainabli development of enterprise, and concerns the wholesome development of China's economy. China must take effective action in solving the problems of investment shortage in enterprise R&D in which there are some subjctive and objctive problems that restrain the improvement of science and technology competing power and national comprehensive power as well.
