摘要
当前,对国企经营者问题研讨很多,大多数是从外在激励约束机制或企业家素质单方面进行分析。其实二者是相辅相成的,机制是前提,素质是基础。为了使经营者的价值充分体现,应双管齐下,既要解决机制问题,又要提高其内在素质。
Nowaday there are many studys of the stated enterprise runners,but most of thers studys analyze either from the outer encouragement restiainment of from the quality of enterprises. In order to signify enterprisers svalue, we must make them neek and neek, that is to say, we should not only solve the problem of systerm, but also enhance and signify businessmen s inhenent quality
