根据胶帘布压延的原理,针对我厂胶帘布出现的厚度不均、两边压不紧、中间稀缝等问题,采取修正辊筒的中高度,调整辊筒温度及严格操作规程等措施,提高胶帘布的压延质量,使胶帘布的利用率上升,为企业赢得了效益。

According to the principle of rubberized fabric calendering, face to the problems happenedin our factory such as ununifomity of thickness, both sides pressed loosely and existed gap ect., adopts adjusting roller crown, roller temperature and operation sequence to increase the quality of rubberized fabric, makes full use of the fabric, to gain the best benefit.
