摘要
用静态坩埚法研究了两种不同碱度的精炼渣对刚玉 -尖晶石浇注料的侵蚀行为。结果表明 :高碱度的渣对浇注料的侵蚀轻微 ,反应层很薄 ,只有 15~ 30 μm ;而低碱度的渣与浇注料的渗透反应层厚达 17mm左右。渣的组成不同及渣与浇注料反应的生成物不同是造成此差别的主要原因。
The corrosion behavior of refining slags with two basicities to corundum-spinel castable was researched by using static crucible method.The result reveals that the corrosion of slag with high basicity to the castable is slight and the reaction layer is only 15~30 μm thick while the thickness of penetration-reaction layer between the slag with low basicity and the castable is about 17 mm.The above difference is considered to be mainly caused by the different slag composition and the different reaction product between slag and the castable.
