ZrO_2添加对MnZn铁氧体磁性能温度特性的影响 被引量:5

摘要 采用固相反应法制备了分子式为Mn_(0.711)Zn_(0.206)Fe_(2.083)O_4的MnZn软磁铁氧体,研究了ZrO_2添加对材料显微结构及磁性能温度特性的影响。结果表明,随着ZrO_2添加量的增加,MnZn铁氧体电阻率单调增大,密度、起始磁导率和饱和磁感应强度先增大后减小,剩余磁感应强度、矫顽力和总损耗(100 kHz,200 mT,25℃)先减小后增大。当ZrO_2添加量为0.01 wt%时,密度达到最大,起始磁导率和饱和磁感应强度在25~120℃宽温度范围均达到最大值,总损耗在25~120℃宽温度范围均有最低值。 MnZn ferrites with a composition of Mn0.711Zn0.206Fe2.083O4 were prepared by solid-state reaction method.The influence of ZrO2 as the additive on the microstructure and temperature dependence of magnetic property of MnZn ferrites was investigated.The results show that with increasing the additive ZrO2 content,the density,initial permeability,and saturation induction firstly increase and then decrease;remanent induction,coercivity,and core losses(100 kHz,200mT,25℃)firstly decrease and then increase.When the ZrO2 content is 0.01 wt%,the density,initial permeability and saturation flux density reach maximum,and core losses reach minimum at temperature ranging from 25 to 120℃.
