知识体制与技术追赶 被引量:1

摘要 技术和知识体制定义了企业开展活动的特定知识环境,也限定了产业中的创新模式。熊彼特强调了创新和技术能力是追赶的驱动因素。本文认为,知识接触和学习是技术追赶成功的最重要因素,并讨论了产业知识体制和追赶可能性之间的关系。本文介绍了知识体制的测度,分类讨论了知识体制要素的含义,即与国外知识基础可接触性相关的要素,如物化技术转移和模块化程度,以及与学习可能性相关的要素,如隐性知识与技术周期,然后论述了知识体制下不同类型企业的选择。本文认为,不同的知识体制对追赶努力和绩效有不同的含义,追赶战略应主要考虑产业间知识体制的差异。
