组织双元性能力的形成机制与实现路径——以华为公司为例 被引量:5

摘要 在回顾已有研究文献的基础上,对组织双元性能力的形成机制和实现路径的分析框架进行了理论性探索与构建。将影响组织双元性能力的六方面因素纳入同一分析框架,提供了一种分析企业双元性能力形成的思路。该分析框架突出了股权激励、客户需求导向以及组织资源储备对组织双元性能力形成的重要作用,强调了结构双元、情境双元和领导双元在促成组织双元性方面的相互关联性。以华为技术有限公司为例,运用该框架剖析了其双元性能力形成过程、内部举措及其相互关联,挖掘了华为构建双元性能力并取得长期发展优势的原因。
