摘要
分别用工作密度和工作深度反映工作的量和质,研究了工作密度和工作深度对组织繁忙感的影响机理。通过因子分析提取了6个影响组织繁忙感的公因子。实证研究结果显示:工作密度因素对组织繁忙感具有直接影响;工作难度和低合作性等工作深度因素以工作密度为中介对组织繁忙感产生影响。
Reflecting the quantity and quality of work by job density and job depth respectively,this paper studies the impact mechanism of job density and job depth on the sense of organizational busy. Through the factor analysis of the scale data, it extracts six factors affecting the sense of organizational busy. The empirical result shows as follows: the factors of job density have direct impacts on the sense of organizational busy;the factors of job depth,such as work difficulty and low degree of cooperation and so on,have indirect effects on the sense of organizational busy through job density.
