摘要
在回顾创业者关系网络、创业机会与创业成功研究文献的基础上,分析了创业者关系网络、创业机会与创业成功的研究现状,梳理了三者之间的关系。构建了创业者关系网络、创业机会与创业成功间关系的概念框架。指出创业者关系网络促进创业机会的识别和创造,进而促进创业成功;竞争强度和创业经验调节了创业者关系网络与创业成功之间的关系。最后揭示了目前研究的不足并对未来研究进行展望。
On the basis of reviewing the literature on entrepreneurial relationship network,entrepreneurial opportunity and entrepreneurial success,this paper analyzes the research status of relationship network,entrepreneurial opportunity and entrepreneurial success,and sorts out the relationship among them.And it constructs a conceptual framework for the relationship among them.The result shows as follows:entrepreneurs’relationship networks promote the recognition and creation of entrepreneurial opportunity,which in turn promotes entrepreneurial success;competition intensity and entrepreneurial experience regulate the relationship between entrepreneurs’relationship network and entrepreneurial success.Finally,it reveals the shortcomings of current research and prospects for future research.
