摘要
笔者通过对郊区化背景下上海市边缘区城镇空间发展模式的研究 ,从人居环境可持续发展方面对空间发展模式进行评价 。
With the increase of the GDP per capital in Shanghai, the construction of urban rail transportation is on the way. On the other hand, the increase of car owners is largely intensing the trend of low density resident community. Therefore, how to explore a sustainable approach for the suburblization, and make it apply with China's situation turns to be significantly meaningful. Based on the research of urban spatial pattern in Shanghai suburbs, this article has evaluated the sustainability of urban spatial pattern from the aspect of the sustainable resident environment. It has also raised up some practical suggestions for those issue.
