上海城市社区实证研究——社区类型、区位结构及变化趋势

A Case Study on Urban Community in Shanghai-Community classification,spatial distribution and changing tendencies

本文以上海城市社区为研究对象 ,通过对实践调查资料的分析和研究 ,将目前上海城市社区归纳为五种类型 :传统街坊社区、单位公房社区、高收入商品房社区、中低收入商品房社区和社会边缘化社区。文章研究了各类社区的区位分布 ,以及由此构成的上海城市的居住区位结构 ,并提出了目前上海城市社区的六个主要的变化趋势。

Based on the practical survey on communities in Shanghai,the author has defined five kinds of communities and studied on the distribution of these different communities in urban spatial structure,then provided with the analysis result of the real cases. By means of the case study on Shanghai,the thesis has summed up several changing tendencies of the communities in Shanghai,such as community segregation,weak neighborhood communications and localization of living interests,etc.
