冀北环京津区域城乡协调发展构思

Urban and Rural Coordinate Development in the North Hebei Province Surrounding Beijing & Tianjin

冀北环京津区域是大北京地区的边缘地带 ,是承接京津扩散、为京津提供服务;为京津城市大型基础设施提供空间的最直接的区域。文章从城镇体系布局、生态环境要求、核心区伸展、旅游一体化等方面论述了冀北环京津区域在北京市发展中的作用和机遇 ,提出了冀北环京津区域是京津不可分隔的直接外围区域的观点。

The north Hebei Province is the urban fringe region of Beijing & Tianjin,which accept the diffusion and provide the service,and also provide the development space for the large-scale urban infrastructure of the two cities directly. This paper discusses the roles and opportunities of this region in the development process of Beijing,from the aspect of urban system layout,ecological environment demand,urban spatial spread,and tourism integration development,it points out that this region is the direct periphery of the two cities and can not be separated in the further development.
