The juristic value is the basic problem for urban planning regulation. This paper focuses on in which way and method to study thejuristic value base of Urban Planning Law,and introduces the theory ofsociologicaljurisprudence to broaden the research field,which the author considered a bridge link the ideal value and the regulation practice.
