青岛城市发展史上的三次飞跃——兼论城市规划与城市发展的关系

Three Forward Leaps in Qingdao's Urban Development History—More discussion on the relationship between urban planning and urban development

纵观青岛城市 10 0多年的城市发展史 ,从一个小渔村到现代化大城市的演变过程中有三次质的飞跃。从中可以验证城市发展潜力转换为城市发展动力的规律性特点 ,它涉及区域分析、选址、资源利用、城市空间布局等城市规划领域对城市发展的影响。本文通过对这三次飞跃产生的历史背景及其结果的分析 ,以期能对今后城市发展的决策提供借鉴 ,并进而对城市规划如何更好地为城市发展服务有所启示。

Perspectives on the history of urban construction over one hundred years,there were three forward leaps which made Qingdao turned into a modern international metropolis from a small fishing village. During this progress we could find the disciplinary characteristics in urban development process and the relationship between urban planning and urban development on such aspects like regional analysis,location selection,resource using,urban spatial composition,and etc. The analysis on the historical background and the aftermath about these forward leaps would use for reference to the decision making on contemporary urban development,and what is more,give some revelations from which would make urban planning play more actively on the urban development.
