城市化与水文动力系统改变下的城市规划措施

The Urbanization Development and Hydrological Dynamic System Change on City Plane

中外资料都表明 ,在城市化发展过程中 ,原来的水文动力系统会发生显著的变化 ,使得基本水文统计参数迅速改变 ,引起洪水频发。而我国现有城市规划中却沿用原有的水文动力系统参数进行防洪规划 ,其害大焉。鉴此 ,笔者提出针对不同类型、不同自然环境、不同水文地理模型 ,根据河流水文动力计算的河流水文预测方案 。

The urbanization development in China and hydrological system change (flood increase) was shown in this paper. Authors suggest that we should finish the city plane according to hydrological dynamic calculation of the river. The method in detail was given.
