摘要
2001年3月,同济大学城市规划系与日本国福冈大学都市空间情报行动研究所合作对南京东路近千名消费者进行了问卷调查。文章介绍了该次调查的主要情况,并对调查内容作了基本分析,包括:南京东路消费者的基本特征、消费者当日的总体活动情况。通过基本统计、交叉分析等手段,影响消费者行为的因素被探讨,并总结出目前南京东路商业的总体特点。
A consumer survey was conducted on the East Nanjing Rd. , Shanghai,by two institutions, urban planning department of Tongji University and the Fukuoka University Institute of Quantitative Behavioral Information for City and Space Economy, Japan, in the name of an international cooperative research in Mar. 2001. In this paper,the general situation of this survey is introduced and some basic analyses are implemented to show some basic characteristics of consumer behavior on the East Nanjing Rd.. Through basic statistical analysis and cross tabulation analysis and so on,factors affecting consumer behavior are discussed,and general features of the East Nanjing Rd. are introduced.
