Rethink the Major Elements and Development of Regional Innovation Environment of Technology-based Industries

在全球化竞争与知识经济潮流下,知识成为目前具有能力提升竞争优势与维持经济成长及繁荣的社会资产;尤其,面对新兴尖端产业之生命周期的压缩,现阶段的新兴高科技产业,终将成为另一波“传统产业”。因此,从相关研究中解析厂商创新聚群形成与产业发展体系建构的关联、及新竹现象,藉以再思考知识基础产业之地区创新环境的浮现过程,所应具备之要素组件。

In the era of global competition and knowledge-based economy, knowledge has become an important social asset that can promote competitive advantages and remain economic growth and prosperity. Therefore this paper attempts to discuss the relationship between the formation of innovation cluster and the establishment of industrial development, and Hsin-Chu evolution from the related researches. Base on this, we rethink the emergence and the major elements of regional innovation environment of technology-based industries.
